Maths, science and computer science tutor for Primary to GCSE students

I am enthusiastic about maths and science, and my goal is to share that with my tutees. My lessons are tailored to each tutee's age, learning style and ability, and I make them engaging and interesting by doing a mixture of quizzes, games and exam-style questions. I ensure that my tutees fully understand the topics in depth, rather than simply memorising textbooks, as this is the key to scoring top marks in exams.

Having been tutoring for almost a year, I have found that the best method of teaching is to start off by getting to know my tutee and learning where their strengths and weaknesses are. I will then focus on their weakest areas first, and regularly recap previous content to ensure that it stays fresh in their minds. This allows them to get the most out of their sessions and continually make progress towards their goals.
