One strength that I have is that I have experience in the gym as I have almost been going for two years and and have found out the most efficient ways of building muscle and also building fitness. I will also be able to reach people's demands as I have much more knowledge on other things related to gym and health as I know stuff to do with nutrition and dietary as people may give me them as something they want to improve on. Another strength that I have is that I can communicate with people in a friendly and polite manner as I do not want to come across rude or arrogant to anyone that needs help with something and would talk to them in a friendly and calm way no matter how much help they need. I have had few experiences with training people as I have managed to inspire friends to come to the gym and enjoy every minute of it and they also come up to me and say how much improvement they have seen over the weeks and months.
