My lessons will be beneficial for anyone that is trying to see improvement with their body or with their health as I have experience throughout college on dietary and exercise and how to become more fit I also have experience as I have done coaching and have helped children develop their skills with different sports so I can communicate well and develop people no matter what age or gender you are in a calm and polite manner. The content of my lessons is that I am willing to help anyone with their fitness goals no matter what they are and will also try and build a good relationship with people who come for help. I will also work hard by making sessions for people and making sure I set them up well for people to understand easily and if they is any troubles understanding it I will always be okay with answering questions if any help is needed.
