I believe the current educational system is outdated and difficult for modern students to relate to. My approach uses small group sessions and provides a variety of activities such as quizzes, games, simulations, interactive tasks and exam practice to give students the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to be successful. My sessions are extremely progressive, collaborative and specific to the AQA exam specification to guarantee students outperform any expected grades while developing socially and academically.

Working as a secondary school science teacher I am also a form tutor, working three hours a week within an alternative provision unit, mentoring and training aspiring teachers, working closely with SEND professionals, developing relationships with parents and carers and attending numerous training on safeguarding, child protection and other essential legislation. I have also been worked as an AQA examiner for GCSE science giving me the knowledge and insight into GCSE examinations.
