My tutoring centers around an individual approach for all students with adaptive methods of teaching, to ensure my lessons are accessible to everyone and progressive what ever level you are currently at. All my students receive the specific support they need to progress and excel in science.

I believe the current educational system is outdated and difficult for modern students to relate to. I incorporate technology to make tutoring sessions more accessible in addition to using relatable models and examples students can be familiar with. I believe everyone can be successful in science with the right teacher.

My small group sessions provide a variety of activities such as quizzes, games, simulations, interactive tasks and exam practice to give students the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to be successful. My sessions are extremely progressive, collaborative and specific to the AQA exam specification to guarantee students outperform any expected grades while developing socially and academically.

I am a down to earth, passionate and motivated tutor who wants to see their students improve but with a smile on their face. I guarantee my sessions keep students engaged, focused and entertained with a healthy level of laughs along the way.

I am 31 years old and currently working as a secondary school science teacher. I am also a form tutor, working within an alternative provision unit, mentoring and training aspiring teachers, working closely with SEND students and professionals, maintaining relationships with parents and carers and attending numerous training on safeguarding, child protection and teacher development.
