I have excellent communication and listening skills. My ability to apply assertiveness in dealing with any issues has also helped me to be able to effectively support students in a variety of settings. Strong empathy and a non-judgemental approach has also helped me to build a great rapport with my students and so allow me the ability to support them fully. I also have very good organisational and time management skills, which is key to me being consistent and reliable in my profession. I can also relate to young people and adults, this helps me to be a good member of any team and a good service provider.
I am also a positive role model and can effectively motivate students with an encouraging attitude. I am also flexible and adapt to any situation, as well as being able to work well under pressure. In the current setting that I work in I also show a commitment to safeguarding throughout my practice.
