Painting/Drawing lessons for all ages and abilities in London

Hello, I'm Joseph Bucklow. I'm originally from Yorkshire and I am a professional Artist living and working in London.
My studio is based in Notting Hill where I spend most of my week creating work - mostly oil paintings. I also work with acrylic, watercolour, illustration and photography. Examples of my work can be found on my site - josephbucklow.
I have a BA Hons in History from the University of Glasgow (2010) and A Masters in Fine Art with Distinction from City & Guilds London School of Art (2019).

Prior to taking painting on full-time I have worked as an English Teacher. I taught English as a foreign language and also worked in secondary schools in both Yorkshire and London. As for teaching art I have experience tutoring one-to-one and classes with adults and young learners at all levels.

I like to work with the student to find their own personal interest in subject matter and style and devise a bespoke curriculum based on their tastes and needs. During our first lesson I aim to get a really clear idea of the students expectations and what they wish to achieve.

Tuition can be booked on an hourly basis Mon-Sat and can be as frequent as desired or needed.
