Academic and advanced English with Received Pronunciation from an Experienced and Mature Teacher and Philosopher

Dr. Lucy Weir is an author, ecological philosopher, and highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher, as well as having completed her EFL training in 1989 and teaching for seven years in five countries.
Lucy has worked with people in a wide variety of settings but is most comfortable with those who are working to advance their education through further degree studies. She has worked with refugees and asylum seekers getting back into education, as well as with doctors and dentists seeking to relocate to English-speaking countries. She is learning Spanish and ISL (Irish Sign Language) herself, so is personally familiar with the ups and downs of language learning as a mature student. While students need not be mature in years, they will benefit most from Lucy's advanced training if they have a mature attitude and are determined to remain focused on achieving results.
