I was born in Korea and remained there until I was in my late 20s before moving to the US. I tutored middle and high school kids in math and English a lot before I went to graduate school in Korea. Landscape architecture was both my undergraduate and graduate major, and I also earned a secondary school teaching license as a minor. I obtained professional experience working for the government, but after coming to the United States, I changed my viewpoint and became more interested in the education sector. I began providing private math instruction to students in elementary, middle, and high schools in the US. During the pandemic, I also began providing Korean tutoring for the second generation of Korean. Through my expertise, I want to spread the love of learning and growth.
