I am a Korean native who was born in Korea and worked as a national public servant after graduating from graduate school in Korea. When my first child was two years old, I relocated to the United States.
Because of my three children, I was familiar with the American educational system, and I realized mathematics has an important role in the school and many students are struggling with math. I took on private tutoring for elementary, middle, and high school students whenever parents asked me to help their child. And I was planning to start to teach Korean because many students around me wanted to learn Korean. Even Korean parents asked me to teach their kids because teaching Korean for their own kinds in USA is not easy. Therefore I began Korean tutoring. I realized that teaching my native language, Korean is much fun and makes me excited. I can use unique materials depend on the Korean level of each student. Also I want to connect more people and help them.
