I have a love of teaching and learning. I am a specialist in early education and my master's degree in Music Education supports my approach to helping pupils to engage in their learning. We all learn best when we are comfortable, have suitable challenge and are supported along the way.

I have been teaching for over thirty years and have been a deputy headteacher in a primary school for the last seven years. I have current working knowledge of both the Early Years Foundation Stage and the National Curriculum for key stage 1 and 2 pupils.
