Advert description
Its good as a tutor to gain as much knowledge about the student as possible and adjust to their learning style. I find it helpful to read previous reports and have some contact with their main teacher in the subject they are requiring tuition in. This helps to give coherent learning to the child which has always proven beneficial. I also think its important to gain feedback from the student so I know their likes and dislike in my teaching and the topics they are learning.
