To maintain an up-to-date understanding of the student's progression, I have devised a system of regular progress tests every few weeks. This method not only aids in pinpointing their areas of struggle but also gives me valuable insights into the success of my teaching strategies.

After my own experience with tuition teachers I understand the need of having a friendly relationship with the student as they can feel comfortable enough to ask any question they want to ask.
