With a solid background in tutoring at the reputable institution of Kumon, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the need for personalised educational experiences. I strive to intricately assess each student's individual talents and areas that require further attention. I acknowledge that learning is not a one-size-fits-all process, thus my tutoring sessions are intricately designed to align with their unique learning methods, ignite an inherent curiosity, and unlock their highest potential.

To maintain an up-to-date understanding of the student's progression, I have devised a system of regular progress tests every few weeks. This method not only aids in pinpointing their areas of struggle but also gives me valuable insights into the success of my teaching strategies.

I foster an environment of open dialogue and mutual respect, where students feel at ease discussing their academic difficulties. This open communication nurtures a synergistic partnership, allowing us to work cooperatively to overcome any hurdles and strive for optimum outcomes. After my own experience with tuition teachers I understand the need of having a friendly relationship with the student as they can feel comfortable enough to ask any question they want to ask. I would like to make the lessons something that students look forward to and enjoy as this is needed for students to stay enthusiastic.
