With over 10 years of running and being a very active leader of running groups / training sessions, coached as well by a a coach and physiotherapist whereby I have learnt many aspects in how to be fitter, stronger, faster, avoid injury. Over the last few years of learning more about what it takes to be a runner over short distance and Marathons - I can now provide great inside and training to help others become stronger / fitter / faster / injury free through bespoke training which includes plyos, general fitness, stretching, core workouts.
