Creativity comes in many forms, from the more classically categorised art, writing, performance and music to the non-obvious problem solving creativity required for working as a programmer, scientist or engineer and everything in between.

The greatest minds of all time, no matter the field, have and had one thing in common, creative thinking.

And it's creative thinking that is key to and underlines the content of my coaching sessions.

We begin with an assessment of your style of working and processing before we dive into creating a powerful vision for your future which will act as your north star for the rest of our sessions.

Then week by week, we break down the steps to get you to that vision, creating exciting and achievable goals, understanding the work required to meet those goals, getting creative with the many ways you can get there and nailing down a simple action list that will, as the ticks mount up, take you ever closer to your vision.

Coaching is a structured conversation that takes you through the process of change at your own pace, each session providing clarity, challenge and a safe space to express your desires for the future and the erroneous beliefs about yourself that may be holding you back.

At each step within that structure I will ask you questions that will expand your thinking, bringing new light to old habits that possibly don't serve you anymore.

New information and new insight which can afford you the freedom to create new neural pathways that you can strengthen through repeated positive action.
