We begin with an assessment of your style of working and processing before we dive into creating a powerful vision for your future which will act as your north star for the rest of our sessions.

Then week by week, we break down the steps to get you to that vision, creating exciting and achievable goals, understanding the work required to meet those goals, getting creative with the many ways you can get there and nailing down a simple action list that will, as the ticks mount up, take you ever closer to your vision.

At each step within that structure I will ask you questions that will expand your thinking, bringing new light to old habits that possibly don't serve you anymore.
