I am an experienced yoga instructor, and I can conduct yoga classes on line. I have a Patanjali International Yoga Foundation Certificate (Yoga Allience certified) in teaching yoga and delivering Yoga therapy classes. I`ve been teaching yoga since 2018.
My goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone. I will gently guide you if you are a beginner or recovering from an illness, or i can give active advanced practice if you need to get a boost for the day
