Experienced Trainer/Assessor

I have a HR/Training and assessing background. I have a PTTLS qualification and NVQ Level 5 in Training and Development.

I have experience of working both within the public and private sector. I have helped Support Workers in Schools with health and safety qualifications, assessing customer care and retail NVQs.

Everyone has a different approaching to learning. I always work with each candidate to understand their needs, their preferred method of learning and try to encourage them to achieve their full potential.
