I have a great deal of experience helping individuals reach their full potential. I have worked in many different organisations including Schools, where I supported Lunchtime Supervisors with health and safety qualifications. I have helped students gain NVQ qualifications ranging from level 2 to level 5 management qualifications.

I also worked with an IT company (QA Limited) whereby I helped IT apprentices with health and safety qualifications and personal development plans.

I always listen to the learner, understanding the style of learning they prefer and help them set objectives that are realistic and achievable. Everyone learns in different ways and it is important as the tutor to understand the needs of the candidate and their preferences. I am an excellent listener, I have patience and plenty of encouragement!
