With many years of delivering live cooking demonstrations and tuition, in the UK and overseas, plus appearing on numerous television shows and staring in two six part television series, I teach in an enthusiastic and energetic manner to keep the attention of my audience and give inspiration to people of all ages. I like to keep the dishes I demonstrate, simple to prepare, but at the same time create impact both visually and to the taste buds.
