I have been personal training for over 5 years, and I’ve loved everyday of it! I love seeing my clients succeed and get to their goals. I don’t only work the physical aspect, but also the mental side. Fitness is an amazing way to improve both your physical and mental well-being, and I will tap into both to help improve confidence, self worth and self esteem, aswell as your physical goals. My training is mainly strength / weight training, as I believe this is the most effective way of getting to your goals!
