I have a Masters Degree in Career Guidance and Development, and have worked within the careers and education sectors for 20 years; helping and inspiring people to achieve their potential. I am experienced in providing 1-1 coaching sessions to people of all ages and stages - so, whether you're a school student who's unsure which path to choose or a career-changer who wants to consider their options later in life or anything in between - I can help.

As a career coach, I take a relational and person-centred approach to working with people. Career decisions and planning can be really complex for many reasons, and for some reason, it's an area we don’t always get as much support with. I take pride in forming a professional relationship with those I work with and getting to know them, ensuring I can tailor my practice and support to suit their individual needs. For me, the goal is that you feel comfortable enough to be yourself while also being willing to challenge yourself (with my support!). I will help you to get to know yourself as part of the journey and this will become a crucial part of empowering you to take control and move forward independently.
