I have a first class honors degree in sport science and strength & conditioning, and am currently undergoing a masters degree alongside my current career. I work in professional sports and am currently a head of sport science in the Scottish Women's Premiership. I bring almost 10 years of coaching experience and have a wealth of experience both theoretically and practically in the world of applied sports science.

I am experienced in physiology, biomechanics, coaching theories, sport psychology, strength and conditioning, and various other elements of physical education.
