English speaking Maths, physics and chemistry tutor able to provide tutoring to all Scottish schools curriculum levels

I have an A in both higher and advanced higher maths. Since leaving school. I have gone onto study Mechanical Engineering at Glasgow University, furthering my level of maths. Currently in my final masters year, I have more spare time, allowing myself to become a tutor.
Whether online or in person, I am flexible to do both. I first find out all the relevant background information on the child to understand their current level of attainment in the subject and see where their strengths and weaknesses lie.
I then allow the student to write answers and solutions in their own way, as well as explaining what they are doing. This way I can recognise what the student is capable of and where they're going wrong in their thinking with possible misconceptions.
I will always begin a lesson working on what we looked at last time to gauge whether it is time to move on.
