I am a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor with 8 years experience of supporting women to achieve their fitness goals.
I work with women across all age ranges to give them confidence to exercise and gain body confidence. We will focus on building positive daily habits to build strength, improve flexibility, lose weight and improve your nutrition, supporting your overall physical and mental health.
I work 1-1 and in small groups and specialise in pre and post-natal fitness and menopause training incorporating yoga, mindfulness and strength training.
