GCSE English Tutor of 5 years

I have a Master's Degree from the University of St Andrews and have been tutoring GCSE English for more than 5 years. Coming out of Year 9, GCSE English can seem incredibly daunting and I have had many students feel very anxious, but there is no need. In addition to covering the curriculum during my lessons and helping to clarify points of concern, I also provide as part of my teaching exam study schedules and revision plans, extra sessions to practice exam questions with immediate feedback as well as preparation for A-level English which I also teach. In addition to GCSE English, I also teach French and German at all levels. Foreign languages can be equally as daunting but as a Swiss person who had to learn all three languages at school, I provide a holistic overview of the languages: extra reading material, TV show recommendation and online memorisation softwares to cover together as part of my lessons.
