I am a Yoga / Meditation Teacher, Massage Therapist and Spiritual Mentor. I have been teaching yoga for over 22 years, ran my own Yoga Studio in London and more recently founded and owned a Retreat Centre in Byron Shire, NSW, Australia.

I have recently returned to the UK, living in Eastbourne. I love working 1-1 with people so they can expand, thrive and get the most out of a personalised practice.
