Qualified teacher of maths and English, offering bags of experience, creativity and tangible results

After a successful 23 years of teaching practice, I now dedicate myself to providing high-quality, personalised online tutoring. ​I have successfully worked as a class teacher in a diverse range of settings, from inner-city London schools to an outstanding public school in Norwich.

I have taught primary maths and English at every primary age, and have particular expertise working with upper key stage 2 children. In this role, and as as a maths coordinator for many years, I have successfully prepared hundreds of children for SATs and 11 plus exams. ​In addition to my extensive experience with the UK National Curriculum, I’m can also tutor children following the International Baccalaureate.

I have always strived to adopt my teaching techniques to ensure that it best meets the learning style of every student. Every session is planned for each individual student, to ensure outstanding learning and outcomes.

As an educator, I like to keep things upbeat and creative, yet my approach is both methodical, and steeped in experience. My favourite part of working as a tutor with is seeing the real, tangible progress that my students make under my guidance
