I am a final year French, Spanish and Business Management student who has lived, worked, studied and volunteered in both French and Spain. I have lots of experience teaching, as I have worked as a teaching assistant within the UK, with children of all ages, needs and abilities for over a year now. I have also taught mature students, adapting my lessons to whatever their goals are. I have a TEFL qualification, which allows me to teach languages to foreign students and helps me greatly when teaching English students as well, as it allows me to explain any grammar rules more clearly.
I am used to teaching languages, as I have nannied abroad, where I was required to teach the children I looked after. I have also worked as a marketing intern in Paris, where I was required to translate on a daily basis between French and English.
I will be more than happy to help anyone of any age with their French or Spanish, and am happy to provide materials myself and adapt the lessons to your individual goals and needs. I will include material to include speaking, listening, reading and writing practice and try to implement an understanding of the French and Spanish culture through the language. For example, I will use the most up-to-date resources, such as videos and articles from current affairs. We can analyse these, go through any vocabulary and grammar and make the lessons as interactive and beneficial as possible.
