Hello! I’m Tom; a passionate and friendly History graduate from the University of Lincoln with experience teaching and supporting learners of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re preparing for exams, struggling to get your head around a certain topic, or just want to dive deeper into the past, I’m here to help make history engaging, relatable, and even a bit fun.

I’ve worked as a Teaching Assistant in secondary education and supported students with a wide range of needs, including SEN. I also designed learning resources and gave historical tours during my time volunteering at Doncaster Museum, where I regularly adapted my delivery for international students and young learners. I genuinely enjoy finding the right way to help people connect with the past, whether through stories, visuals, or breaking things down step-by-step.

I’m confident using digital tools to support learning and have created interactive presentations, taught using visual aids, and led group sessions. I’m reliable, patient, and a great communicator; with a good sense of humour when things get tough.
