I did all my qualifications for my personal training whilst i was studying sports science at university. So i would say i have more knowledge than the usual PT. I also completed my nutrition qualifications to complement my PT qualifications. My classes are to the same. To get people results from all the knowledge i have gained. To keep clients accountable and ultimately educate them so they can eventually go off into the world trusting themselves with the knowledge gained to not only change their own lives but also impact on those around them. Fitness has to be a holistic approach especially in today’s society. That means training, nutrition and also mindset. With me you will forge all 3 of these to a level you never imagined.

My goal is to provide a service that is holistic in its approach by educating clients on nutrition, training and mindset and also providing extensive programming for clients to get the best results possible. This will be achieved by having a consultation with a potential client and figuring out exactly what it is that they need because after all, no 2 people are the same. Nutrition and training programming will then be provided with weekly goals to hit and achieve.This will be done by taking into account everything discussed in the call and then a personalised detailed plan will then be created. This will also be adjusted as needed when the client progresses week to weel.Clients check in multiple times a week by way of client check ins as well as conversion through calls and messages. My aim isn’t to just change your physique and habits but to also have an impact on every aspect of your life. No client is off limits for me. I have worked with mums looking to get back to the shape they were in before so they can have enough energy to play with their children. I have also helped fathers do the same. I have also worked with busy professionals who have a sedentary job and need to make changes to their lives. To the amazement of myself and the clients, this them impacted their relationship prospects in their personal lives as well as their professional lives because the changes made to their lives resulted in them being able to gain promotions and have the confidence to apply themselves.
