Experience English tutor for 11+, 13+, GCSE/iGCSE (literature and language) and AS/2 English literature

Advert description
I have a Masters in English literature and a PGCE in secondary English. I taught English in a variety of schools in the UK and overseas from upper KS2 (year 5) to year 13. I have prepared students for KS2 SATs, Common Entrance examinations, GCSE/iGCSE (all exam boards) and AS/2 English literature. I have also marked GCSE papers for AQA, and AS/2 papers for AQA and CIE. I ensure that all of my lessons are tailored to the needs and goals of my students, drawing on my expertise and passion for English. Students enjoy my lessons because I am enthusiastic in my delivery, and I understand and cater to their needs. Modelling is a key component of my teaching - it is imperative that students understand what is expected of them so I therefore model what strong responses look like. As a full time tutor, I can accommodate students during the day as well as evenings and weekends. Please note that I only offer tutoring online. Lessons from £50ph.
