My lessons are interactive in nature. This is intended to help the student develop interest in the topic. In the process, I usually discern what method is best to approach a particular topic when teaching the student. I am attentive to the student as this helps in disseminating information and sharing knowledge.
I determine the pace at which I am disseminating such information. This is also determined by the student’s response. However, I am careful to ensure that such pace is sustained such that the student retains interest. I believe the pace of teaching can boost confidence in the student if achieved accurately.
Given a mathematical problem, I encourage students to make attempts before I help them solve the question. However, if we have approached an entirely new topic, I explain by solving sufficient number of maths questions.
By solving ample examples the subject becomes more familiar to the student. This helps the student in taking proactive steps and thinking outside the box while approaching problem solving in a systematic manner.
I often say to my student to approach a mathematical problem first by writing it down. It makes a huge difference as one is able to visualize the problem as puzzle. Then it becomes easy to see where each piece will fit in. However this may come across, the student starts to understand the process of deconstructing the problem with experience.
I can guarantee that I will guide you effectively and efficiently to develop the requisite analytical skills for problem solving.
