Young and Experienced Tutor Excited to Teach Spanish Again! (Native Spanish Speaker) - Extensive Experience With Adults & Children Aged 2 to 17!

I have over 5 years of experience working with children from 2 to 17 years old. Before I started tutoring I attended a program where teachers in my school provided me with training to tutor other students, so I’m proficient in all the technicalities that teaching requires and I constantly update myself on the best methods. However, when it comes to teaching younger children I’ve realised that making lessons entertaining improves learning significantly! Here my experience as a monitor for children activities at a four star Hotel in Spain has come in very handy because it’s helped me get children to learn while also making sure that they’re having lots of fun!

On the other hand, my focus with adult students is to help them learn useful and updated vocabulary, and to ensure that they sound natural when speaking. In this case, my knowledge as a native Spanish speaker, and my experience having lived in both Colombia and Spain, has been very helpful to my previous students!
