Yoga teacher providing online classes to students of all levels

I am an international yoga teacher and I've been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 8 years . I have a lot of experience and have taught over 2000 hours.

I've also taught hundreds of hours online for wellness platforms and corporate groups or individuals.

My yoga story has taken me around the world and into many styles and schools. As a sports enthusiast too, I understand the body having trained in martial arts and endurance events. Through extensive yoga and Pilates, I have worked myself back from injury to peak fitness on a number of occasions. I'm very good on helping people with bad backs.

With an interest in the philosophy of yoga too I am equally focussed on relaxation techniques and mind/body connection. I did my teacher training with the Shamanic school of yoga in the rainforests of Costa Rica and am further qualified with the yoga nidra network. HI believe yoga nidra as the single most important contribution to yoga in the 21st century.

I I have worked with Google, BDO, Microsoft, Knight Frank and international law and accountancy firms as well as the UK government. I have also worked with hotels including Lanserhof and the Ace hotel and devised a sleep programme for the Palm Retreat Hotel in Dubai in January 2020.

So I am flexible in what I can offer you - either an energetic strong class or something more relaxing. You tell me what you need .
