Italian chef, provide pasta training and sushi and maki training

an Italian chef who grown up in a chefs family, were I learned the respect for food and the pleasure of sharing a meal.
After chef studies and a bit of practice in few different environments around the north of Italy, I decided to move to England to improve and practise my skills and develop my passion.
Working here in London give me the opportunity to learn many different cusines methods witch i cant wait to share
