Passionate about serving in the health and well-being sector, I found the field of counselling and psychotherapy to be my calling. I would describe my therapeutic practice as client-centred, queer- affirmative, trauma-informed and caste-affirmative. I delve into existentialism as well as specialise in adolescent mental health, relationship counselling and helping clients and caregivers manage chronic illnesses. My love for teaching grew with handling high school psychology for ISC students. I have an unending proclivity for research, clinical and social work, focusing on working with at-risk individuals. I have developed academic rigour, technical knowledge and meticulous data management and organising skills in the process of working on research projects. Apart from being a school counsellor and educator, I am currently working on a cross-cultural research project.
