Certified Yoga Teacher (Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Flexibility)

Hello. My name is Sheida Mas. I am the founder and director of Mas Dance & Yoga Ltd and a certified dance and yoga teacher based in London, UK. I have dedicated 20 years of my life to dance, more than 10 of them to teaching it, and I have been practicing yoga for the last 7 years. I am a certified Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher (200hr Vinyasa Yoga teacher training and 50hr Yin Yoga teacher training with Yoga Union).
