With over two decades of experience in the culinary world, I bring not only technical expertise but also the insights and values needed to succeed at the highest levels. As a chef, I’ve had the honour of working for prestigious clients, including the Prime Minister of Canada’s family and hosting luminaries like Bill Clinton, Jean Chrétien, Wayne Gretzky, and George Bush. These opportunities required exceptional organization, discretion, and attention to detail—qualities I’m eager to in-still in my students.
My teaching approach focuses on developing both technical and personal excellence. I’ve led teams of more than 20 employees, mentoring them by identifying their strengths and addressing areas for growth. I emphasize practical skills, career development, and the ability to thrive under pressure, ensuring you’re prepared for any challenge in the culinary world.
