I am Level 3 Personal Training as well as Level 2 Mat Pilates qualified. I have six years of experience training all ages and fitness levels. I can help instruct pregnant women to feel safe in exercising during pre and post natal stages. I can help you understand how to exercise with correct form, and give you confidence to step foot in a gym.
I won't be shouting or making you do something you don't like. Instead I will be encouraging you to move in a way that is fun and a way you can continue for the rest of your life!
