I want to help you to move in a way that is safe, and that will also give you confidence to step foot in a gym. I won't shout or make you do exercises you don't like. Instead, I will motivate and encourage you to move in a way that is fun and that you will continue for the rest of your life! You don't have to have any equipment, just enough space to move around in.
I can give you guidance on your nutrition, sleep and activity so that you can improve not only your fitness, but you overall health and wellbeing.
