I conduct classes which is accessible to everyone & provide proper instruction on the movements along with correcting the posture.
My class starts with few minutes of centering and breathwork exercises to help students focus and calm their minds. Then move towards warm ups continued with few standing Asanas which builds strength, improves balance. Followed by surya namaskar/flows. Then will move towards the sitting asanas like Seated Twist, Malasana, paschimottanasana, Navasana etc. These poses can help stretch the hips, hamstrings, and lower back. Later on will move to lie down poses which includes bow pose, cobra pose, halasana, bridge pose, sarvangasana etc. followed by pranayamas, mudras, om chanting & close the class with shavanasana & meditation will be added to the class as well
