Dependant on what the student needs are I will help devise a concrete plan for moving forward with studies. Whilst also supporting mental health and wellbeing practises to improve the quality of studying.
I like to break things down to make sure that the work is practical and realistic and can be completed in a timely manner.
Smart goals is often brought into action so that the work can be realistically be completed in a specific time frame. Whilst also being honest and reflective about the things that could get in the way. And create a plan of action to make sure we stay on track with the time lines.
Dependant on the student preferred learning style. I would help them to create a plan which works along side their current lifestyle. And help the practically solve and issues that may get in the way of them completely their work.
Breaking down the workload ensures that stress is brought to a minimum and there is no needs for unnecessary stress when things are planned out and can be adhered too.
Ultimately any plan starts with the goal in mind and will be set out in a way that the student can implement and understand the taka at hand. Knowing the time frame in which things need to be completed makes sure that a practical schedule will work as long as the student works with it. Any issues or things not working we can address immediately and make changes where nessecary to support the individual.
