GCSE Biology and Chemistry specialist tutor

With a proven track record of academic success as a proud earner of all 7s (As) and above at GCSE level, I feel confident I can help students
harness the power of their own brains and fulfill their potential, while encouraging self-directed growth.

By this I mean I intend to actively encourage students to be inquisitive and develop enquiring minds, which is paramount in setting up for all the beautiful years beyond GCSE, especially through sixth-form and university where independence and discipline are key!

I feel that I can really speak to this, as a student myself, who has just started my 4-year Master of Pharmacy degree. I feel that what sets me apart from the vast majority of students is always holding myself accountable for my own actions, including my own learning. This is something that takes time to engrain in daily life but I am excited to share everything I have learnt over my years in education.

As I only left sixth-form last year, myself, I look forward to creating a fun learning atmosphere, as I know this engages student engagement and ultimately facilitates the best academic achievements.

A bit more about my education. As you might have guessed, I demonstrated particular proficiency in the sciences I now intend to tutor.
My Biology grade was a 9 and Chemistry, an 8. I went on to study these subjects in greater depth at A-level and eventually ended up doing a scintillating and rewarding course that I am passionate about, in order to enter the varied field of healthcare.
