Based on the assessment, I create a personalised workout plan that targets the goals, whether it's weight loss, strength building, flexibility, or overall fitness.
A session with me encompasses movement and education & a holistic approach with three key components:
1. Warm up: Dynamic warm up and getting ready for the main workout.
2. Main workout: Carefully crafted and individualised workout based on the specific goals. It incorporate a mix of resistance and weight training, functional movements, and engaging finishers.
Target different muscle groups on various days, ensuring a comprehensive and well-rounded approach.
Depending on the training frequency, sessions may focus on specific muscle groups or provide full-body workouts for maximum impact.
3 - Cooling Down: Conclude the session with a cool-down stretches and meditation to aid in muscle recovery and flexibility.
Gentle stretches and relaxation exercises promote a sense of well-being post-workout.
I end with a few instructions on how to be mindful and lead a healthy lifestyle.
