Experienced teacher of Violin for all ages and stages!

I have been teaching violin (and piano) to both adults and children for 14 years, having been classically trained in both since the age of 5. I am fortunate to have developed my craft as a music teacher at Lewes New School and The Dharma School; both environments which placed the curiosity and individual needs of the student as paramount. This has informed the way I think about teaching in a way that is uniquely tailored to each individual and flexible to their musical interests and talents. Above all, I seek to foster a life-long love of music.

I am also skilled in preparing students for examinations (ABRSM) or competitions, having won numerous regional music competitions throughout my own school years and still performing publicly regularly myself. I play violin & accordion in a band 'Pam and de Femmes' - featuring songs from around the world.
