My name is Jose (or Pepe, as we say in Spanish). I have finished my degree in Literature (Spanish Language). My teaching method is dynamic, using music and literature. or a more direct way with the students.
I have given Spanish classes in Brazil and in South America there are other accents that make Spanish more interesting and deeper and now living in Europe, I have learned the differences with Spanish in Spain.
Now I am living in Portugal and give private lessons for German, Finnish and English surfers who want to learn Spanish, Music or Portuguese. But my wife's family is from England, so we spend time between England and Portugal and I don't have any issue with travelling for work.

My teaching method is dynamic, using music and literature, or a more direct way with the students. It is a direct method, which I learned at the "WALLABY" language school in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil.
In this direct method with the students see topics that are used in life everyday and all this is worked in a direct conversation.
To can reach the straight conversation we need to have more vocabulary.
Music and literature are fundamental in my way of working because it helps to memorize vocabulary more and to learn the correct pronunciation of words more quickly.
The goal of the class is for the student to finish the session feeling that he or she has learned something new. To enjoy the class and for it to be fun and interesting at the same time.
There are small tasks that students must do at home, such as watching films and/or documentaries. After that, we have a discussion about what they understood from this. It is important to differentiate the accents and know where that Spanish comes from.
