I'll design and shape your fitness journey just on you: we'll work toward your goals, in your modalities, where you want and at your time.
You have the option of being more independent: I'll provide a personalised fitness plan and offer constant support by remote. Or you can decide for more guided support: I'll not only provide your training plan, but I will also join (in person or by-remote) all or some of your training sessions. Your choice!
You can train from home, from your local gym, in the park or on the street: my training will suit your preference.
You can have your personal training, or share it with a friend: you will share the cost and the training plan, so you need to have the same goal(s) (but not necessarily the same level of fitness).
I am specialised in muscular endurance: this is a perfect experience for who aims to:
- compete in a event such as HYROX or trail running
- improve his/her body composition (i.e., weight loss/gain/control) and daily health
- get fit for an trek/hiking, such as the Everest Base Camp trek or a Camino de Santiago
- looks for motivation and confidence for getting into shape: I can be your training buddy, or your 'bro'.
