After that, I will design a training plan that is perfect and shaped on you. I will share it with you, explain it and listen to your feedback. After agreeing with the plan, we will start the journey!
We will have a first session during which we will measure your current level. This will be our reference starting point. We will repeat the measurements quite regularly, so that we can clearly see your progress: this will be a great motivation-booster!
I will be hear for supporting you any time, by call/whatsapp/in person, for helping and tips about not only your training plan, but also any life-style question (health and wellbeing related).
Your journey could be as cheap as 20 £ per month, if you desire to train independently and you only which a personal training plan and remote support.
If you prefer to have also some guidance during your workout session, we could do it both in-person and online. You can pay each session independently for 20 £/hour, or decide for a package of one training session per week for 80 £/month. We could discuss other options to adapt to your necessities!
